At the sole discretion of Historic Woods, replacement of merchandise or credit will be promptly and courteously given.

Point of Origin Shipping & Delivery:

Historic Woods proudly manufactures all Heartwood by Historic Woods products in Tupelo, Mississippi. Shipping methods are determined by Historic Woods unless otherwise requested and approved. Orders for in-stock items will ship within a 3-5 business day timeframe. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address corrections or re-shipments will be billed to the buyer.

Returns:

Returns are accepted ONLY with prior authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
